Tornike joined Naylor Solicitors as Legal Director in August 2020 as part of the complex and high value residential property team. He handles a broad range of landlord and tenant residential property matters with particular specialism in leasehold enfranchisement, tenants’ right of first refusal, high value tenancies, licences and asset management.
Tornike was named Young Professional of the Year at the Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards (ERMAs) 2017 and he has published articles as well as undertaking pro bono work for the Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE).
After completing his law degree at the University of Manchester, Tornike qualified as a solicitor in 2014. Before joining Naylor Solicitors he worked in boutique firms and in a large international law firm in the City.
Tornike has native proficiency in Georgian and elementary understanding of Russian. In his spare time he enjoys modern fiction and classical literature, wondering around West End and browsing record stores, socialising with friends and catching up with his extensive family back in Georgia.
