Senior Associate Solicitor

Simon was Highly Commended for Solicitor of the Year at the Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards 2016 (ERMAs) and he is Head of Residential Leasehold at Naylor.

He qualified as a solicitor in 2011, having trained with an established firm in Brighton where he worked as a paralegal for several years. His training included seats in residential conveyancing as well as landlord and tenant litigation.

He then spent three years with the Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE), where he developed expertise in residential leasehold law and trained numerous other solicitors.

Simon is an expert on lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisement, the right to manage and the right of first refusal. He also undertakes residential property sales and other landlord and tenant transactions such as licenses for alterations.
