Jennifer was the firm’s first trainee and qualified as a solicitor in July 2015. She is now a Partner and head of the Landlord & Tenant department.

Her varied caseload includes licences and consents (including licence to alter, licence to assign and licence to sub-let); deeds of covenant and deeds of variation; general lease advice; and leasehold enfranchisement.

She also successfully completed both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law (London-Bloomsbury) before being offered a training contract at the firm.

Having been raised in France with a British background, Jennifer is bilingual and regularly assists the firm’s French speaking clients with services in English property law.
