James Naylor

James has almost two decades of experience in handling complex and multi-dimensional litigation matters, including real estate and commercial disputes, acting for individuals and corporations. He is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the London Solicitors Litigation Association.
Dominika Libova


Dominika Libova

Dominika is a Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Civil Proceedings) and a member of the Property Litigation Association, specialising in residential disputes. She has particular expertise in property fraud and rights of light matters. As a native Slovak speaker, with experience as an in-house lawyer in Slovakia, she also assists clients with cross-border matters in Central and Eastern Europe.


Jennifer Scurfield

Jennifer heads up the firm’s residential landlord and tenant department, specialising in licences to assign and consent for alterations. She is also a member of the Property Litigation Association and has taken cases to the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and the Land Registration Tribunal. As a native French speaker, she assists the firm’s French-speaking clients with services in English property law.

Audrey Lawrence

Audrey has over 20 years of experience as a litigator, specialising in property and commercial disputes. She has represented clients at the County Court, the High Court, the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and the Lands Tribunal, while she is also an expert in alternative dispute resoltuion. She is a member of the Property Litigation Association.

Gemma Hawthorne

As Legal Director and Head of Leasehold Enfranchisement, Gemma is an experienced solicitor who advises leaseholders, freeholders and intermediate landlords on a range of residential leasehold property issues including lease extensions, collective enfranchisements, absent landlord, right to first refusal and right to manage.

Rob Robertson

Rob is a hugely experienced entrepreneur, manager and director, with significant expertise in residential property services and a long-established network of contacts in the property management industry. He brings a wealth of skills in business development and negotiation to the firm.

Vipul Kapoor

Vipul has a decade of experience in real estate litigation and dispute resolution. His expertise spans commercial landlord & tenant disputes and property litigation, along with general litigation and contractual issues. His client base includes owners and occupiers of commercial property (including hotels, shopping centres and offices), as well as developers, small and medium-sized businesses, and individuals.

Operations Manager

Jasper Grey

Headhunted from a rival law firm in 2013, Jasper is in charge of the firm’s administration team and responsible for the day-to-day running of the office. In his spare time he enjoys playing football and travelling.

Jane Canham

Jane is an experienced solicitor working across various departments, offering considerable expertise in residential property litigation, leasehold enfranchisement and landlord & tenant, with a special focus on service charge disputes.


Jennifer Cheung

Jennifer is a paralegal in the debt recovery department, helping to collect a wide range of property-related arrears. She has a Law degree from the University of Warwick as well as a masters in Arbitration and Mediation from Queen Mary University of London, and she completed the LPC at BPP.


Agata Skupinova

Agata is a paralegal in the leasehold enfranchisement department, assisting mainly with lease extensions. Prior to joining the firm, she gained invaluable experience as a legal billing coordinator and as paralegal. She has a Law degree and is currently completing the LPC and LLM at BPP.


Felicia Persis

Felicia is a paralegal in the property litigation department. She is currently studying for the LPC at the University of Law, having previously been awarded a First for her LLB (Scots and English Law) at the University of Aberdeen. She is fluent in Swedish and has a working proficiency in Farsi.

Trainee Paralegal

Nikki Rai

Nikki is currently undertaking her paralegal apprenticeship, having previously completed an apprenticeship in legal administration. She supports the firm’s solicitors with various legal tasks, as well as assisting the Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of the office.
