James NaylorJames has almost two decades of experience in handling complex and multi-dimensional litigation matters, including real estate and commercial disputes, acting for individuals and corporations. He is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the London Solicitors Litigation Association.
Dominika is a Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Civil Proceedings) and a member of the Property Litigation Association, specialising in real estate and commercial litigation. She is a native Slovak speaker, with experience as an in-house lawyer in Slovakia, she also assists clients with cross-border matters in Central and Eastern Europe.

Vipul has a decade of experience in real estate litigation and dispute resolution. His expertise spans commercial landlord & tenant disputes and property litigation, along with general litigation and contractual issues. His client base includes owners and occupiers of commercial property (including hotels, shopping centres and offices), as well as developers, small and medium-sized businesses, and individuals.
Harry is a solicitor in the property litigation department after qualifying from a Legal 500 rated firm. He has recently passed the State Bar of California exam and looks to be admitted shortly. Before becoming a solicitor worked for a multinational law firm in their risk department, and outside of work, he is a keen traveller and runner.

Agnese is a solicitor within our specialist property litigation team. She acts on behalf of corporations and individuals. She has expertise in landlord & tenant disputes, as well as general litigation matters such as claims for possession.
In her spare time, Agnese enjoys kayaking and hiking.
Felicia is a paralegal in the property litigation department. She is currently studying for the LPC at the University of Law, having previously been awarded a First for her LLB (Scots and English Law) at the University of Aberdeen. She is fluent in Swedish and has a working proficiency in Farsi.
Jenny is a Trainee Solicitor in the debt recovery department, helping to collect a wide range of property-related arrears. She has a Law degree from the University of Warwick as well as a masters in Arbitration and Mediation from Queen Mary University of London, and she completed the LPC at BPP.
Nikki is currently undertaking her paralegal apprenticeship, having previously completed an apprenticeship in legal administration. She supports the firm’s solicitors with various legal tasks, as well as assisting the Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of the office.
