Experienced enfranchisement solicitor (2 years + PQE)
We have an immediate need for an experienced enfranchisement solicitor. We have an existing case load for you to take over – and we are looking for someone dynamic, who can expand our current offering. You will be advising clients on a wide range of matters, with a focus on The Leasehold Reform Act 1967, The Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.
The successful candidate can expect to benefit from first rate support from our established team and will be given the freedom to grow the department.
Candidates will have gained relevant experience from a well-regarded London or leading regional practice and have a strong academic record.
The role can be flexible and could include working from home.
